I have a sincere desire to help people, to provide answers to their questions and to solve problems. I use my base of knowledge, skills and training in order to relieve their concerns and to ease the stress in real estate matters. I have been told that I'm a good listener and enjoy a challenge. I am not partial to doing just enough to get by; I do my best to go above and beyond. If at all possible I like to wear a smile.

My most recent training involved me gaining knowledge in how to assist homeowners whose homes are in distressed situations. This earned designation is called CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I have been trained to use the correct procedures and forms equipping me for a higher level of success in working with banks and mortgage companies to Avoid Foreclosure of a home. Whatever the reason; Divorce, Job Loss, or Forced Relocation, my goal is to keep as many homes as possible from going into foreclosure. A foreclosure is one of, if not the worst blemish, to appear on a person’s credit; not to mention the undue stress that all individuals involved go through. Avoiding Foreclosure,  will; Save Your Credit, Relieve the Uncertainty, and Help Your Family.  If you know anyone in the above or another distressed situation, please have them contact me to help before it's too late.

With the bulk of buyers and sellers using the internet, it is imperative that a real estate professional be ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. This is why I’ve chosen to study and to earn the E-PRO designation. Being equipping through the proficient use of the latest Microsoft Office Software; client communication proves to be much more efficient, in addition to successful execution of advertizing and marketing strategies proving not only more efficient, but  more effective than conventional ways.  In addition to that, it also promotes a higher level of quality in the transfer, storage, and organization of documents and communications.  

Also I presently own a several investment properties. They form a mix of single family homes, a townhouse, a mobile home, and an eight unit apartment building. All of which I manage myself.

On the personal side; I own and live on a small farm in Franklin Co Pa. I enjoy watching the deer, turkeys, and other wildlife from my back porch and windows. I’ve dabbled in growing a small garden. For about 15 years I performed most farming operations including; operating as well as maintaining farm buildings and equipment, crop nutrient planning, some veterinary applications to cattle, cattle feeding and nutrition planning, and last but not least, explaining where all the profits went. LOL  

Last of all, I am retired from the Department of Defense with 28 years of service in missile electronics and optical fire control at Letterkenny Army Depot.
